COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MIRIAM R. JEFFREY, who upon being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she is a citizen and resident of the city of
Ft. Pierce , County of st. Lucie , State of Florida.
2. That affiant can state of her own personal knowledge
that she is familiar with and has known LEAH WATERS SILVER for many
years. .
3. That affiant can further state of her own personal knowl-
edge that TEAH WATERS SILVER, the grantor in that certain Deed dated
March 11, 1965; from LEAH WATERS SILVER to MIRIAM R. JEFFREY, re-
corded in Official Records Book 123, Page 183, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, was in fact an unmarried woman on the
date she executed said Deed.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
