BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority. personally appeared
CHARLES fi. BECH~,attorney at law, who upon being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That he is an Attorney at Law in and for the State of
Florida.
2. That in suci~ capacity he has represented Mrs. Miriam R.
Jeffrey; and that he can state of his own personal knowledge that
Miriam R. Jeffrey, the grantor in that certain Deed dated May 5, 1972,
from MIRIAM R. JEFFREY to CHARLES H. RACE A.'~iD LOIS H. RACE, his wife,
recorded in Official Record Book 202, Page 442, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, was at the time of the execution of said
deed an unmarried woman.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
