FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the llth of April, 1975, upon Respondent-Counter Petitioner's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, the Petitioner having withdrawn her Petition for Support in lieu of Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdic- ' tion of the parties and the subject matter of the suit; that the re- ` lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: s : 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT CURTIS RAMSEY, Husband, and BRANDA GALE RAMSEY, Wife, be and the same is here- by dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto existing between them and from the ` ; F obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ ~ 2. CUSTODY AND VISITATION.
