6. REAL PROPERTY. The parties are the joint owners of a home lo-
cated at 2705 South 32nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. The Husband shall
have the exclusive right of possession of said home.
7. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Each party shall take from this marriage
his or her personal effects; the parties shall further make an equitable
distribution of their jointly owned personal property.
8. RESERVATION OF JURISDICTION. Except as to the dissolution of
marriage granted in this judgment, this Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction of this entire matter to enter any further orders that may
be equitable, apprnpriate and just. Further, both parties are ordered
to take whatever action is reasonable and necessary to. and conduct
themselves in a manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and
purpose of this Judgment.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
9. That the bench warrant issued by this Court with regard to .
the Wife, BRENDA GALE RAMSEY, be and the same is hereby rescinded,
canceled and discharged, it appearing to the Court that justice would
not be served by placing the Wife in jail for contempt of court. '
