THIS MORTGAGE DEED
Executed the llth day of April, A. D., 1975, by
EMORY C. TEEL, III,-and BEVERLY S. TEEL, his wife, hereinafter
called the mortgagors, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of
America, with its permanent post office address at P. O. Box 970,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called the mortgagee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "mortgagor and
"mortgagee" include all the parties to this
instrument•and the heirs, legal representatives-
and assigns of individuals, and the successors -
and assigns of corporations; and the term "note"
includes all the notes herein described if more
than one. The singular shall include the plural
and the plural the singular.) .
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable consideration, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sLm named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter descri~ed, the mortgagor ~
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and con-
