This cause came on to be heard April 18, 1975 with the
parties, Samuel Baker, the husband bang present and Helen F.
Baker, the wife being present with J. Michael Brennan, the at- ~
torney for the wife being present, and the Court having heard }
the testimony of the parties after notice was given, it is;
ORDER AND ADJUDGED that the respondents' Motion for
Continuance is hereby denied. '
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the custody

of SAMANTHA L. BAKER shall be with the Petitioner, Helen F. ;

Baker with reasonable visitation rights to the respondent,
Samual Baker as follows:
' On each and every Friday from 6:00 P.M. to.8:00 P.M.

~ and on each and every Saturday from 1:00 P.M, to 8:00 P.M, of
