SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, D. J. TZIMENATOS,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by WILLIAM D. ~
WALSH and ANN EDEN WALSH, his wife, to THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF
COLUMBIA, bearinq date the 13th day of August, 1970, recorded in
Official Record Book 188, page 854, of the public records of St. ucie
County, Florida, securing a certain no~e in the principal sum of .'IXTY- :
EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARD ($68,000.00), subsequently assigned to D. J. '
TZIIK~NATOS by Assignment of Mortgage, dated December 3, 1974, and
recorded in Official Record Book 236, page 723, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and certain promises and obligations ;
as set forth in ~aid Mortgage Deed and Assignment.of Mortgage, upon ;
the property situate in said County and State described as follows, ~
