without discharging or affecting their liability.
This obligation is secured by two mortgages dated July 1, '
1972 and recorded in Official Record Book 204, Page 101 and 204
Page 116 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Upon
the occurence of any one or more of the events of default specified
in said mortgages, the holder hereof, without notice or demand of
any kind except as may be provided in said mortgages and this agree-

ment may declare the unpaid balance hereof immediately due and
payable. ~ ;
Should the holder hereof endeavor to enforce collection of
the indebtedness evidenced by this obligation, it shall proceed to
realize upon the property and any other collateral securing this
obligation, and in the event the amount realized herefrom is less ;

than the amount owing on this obligation, the payee, its successors ~
and assigns, by the acceptance hereof, agrees that it will institute ~
any action, suit, claim or demand, at law or in equity, against the ~
maker or makers assuming the obligation hereunder for or on account
of such deficiency to the full extent owing on the unpaid balance ~

due and payable under this obligation.
~ _ The Mortgagee, while this obligation is not in default, agrees
: to release from the lien of said mortgages and from this agreement

~ upon the payment of seventy per cent (70$) of the amount shown on

r the release price schedule attached thereto any unit not heretofore
~ . released from the lien of said mortgages, any such sum for release

~ being applied to the next quarterly payment due on this obligation.
~ The Mortgagee upon full execution of this instrument agrees

~ to release from the lien of said mortgages held by it and from the ~

~ lien of this obligation, the following described property:
