This is a SECOND PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE and is subject and
inferior to that certain mortgage dated June 19, 1974 and
` executed by Mary L. Sehin, in favor of First Federal Savings

i Records Book 228 at page 2323 of the public records of St.
