real property to the Wife. ~
3. JOiNTLY HELD PROPERTY: Within 10 days from the date ~
of this Order, the Wife shall transfer to the Husband-all of her ~
riqht, title and interest in and to the 1973 Mercury automobile ~
~
which is currently owned by the parties jointly. Upon the failure '
of the Wife to so transfer her interests in the said automobile
within the said 10 days, this Order shall constitute an effective
conveyance of the Wife's interest in and to the said automobile
to the Husband.
4. ATTORNEYS' FEES: Each party shall be responsible
for his or her awn attorneys' fees.

5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
~
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of April, 1975.
