In addition to the monthly payment of $236.02, Second parties shall pay the amount of
$21.00 per month to First parties as an amount to be escrowed for the~payment of
~ insurance. Said payment of $21.00 shall commence with first regular payment on
May 15, 1975 and continue monthly thereafter. Further Second parties shall pay the
amount of $34.00 per,month to First parties as an atnount to be escrowed for the
payment of taxes. Said payment of $34.00 shall commence October 15, 1975 and
~ continue monthly thereafter. Said insurance and taxes shall be paid from said escrowe
~ amount by First parties. Annually the monthly escrowed amount sha11 be increased
I or decreased to reflect the actual amount of taxes and insurance payable.
