the promissory note of even date herewith. hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bu6ain, sell. alien.
remise, release, and convey and confitm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. all of that certain tract of land of which
the Mottgagor is naw seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in~County. Flotida. desctibed
as follows: - St.Lucie
Commence at the West right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 605
at the point of intersection with the South boundary of Lot 1, in
CARLSEN'S SUBDIVISION, as in Plat Book 3, Page 24, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and run Northwesterly along
said West right-of-way boundary 90 feet for point of beginning;
Thence turn and run West parallel with the South boundary of said
lot 200 feet; thence turn and run Northwesterly parallel with
said right-of-way boundary 90 feet; thence turn and run East par-
allel with said South boundary 200 feet to said West right-of-way
boundary; thence turn and run Southeasterly along said right-of
way boundary 90 feet to the point of beginning; together with the
improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained tt±erein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

~ or herea[ter located in the building upon said iand, and all other machinery, appiiances and apparatus nuw or

~ purtenances originally inatalled on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition there-
~ to. which may hereafter be placad upon the above described land, which said fixtures. machinery. appliances and
- appurtenances the Nortgagor warrants shall b~ free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in
; favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.
TO tIAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged. pledged or as-
s~gned by the !Nortgagot, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.

~ And the hlortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power arid lawful right to
~ convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and ~
~F , quietly to enter upon, hotd, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all ~ncumbrances except ss
~ may be herein described; that the Mortsagor will make such ~urther assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
~ said land ~n the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
