of Block 3, in OLEANDER GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 8, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements thereon and
all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, replace-
ments thereof and additions thereto.
