Estate of MADGE MEHRING RUFLY; deceased, Grantor, and GRETCHEN

Governor's Island, New York, as Grantee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority
to it given and by that certain order authorizing distribution
issued by the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on
the 8th day of April, 1975, with reference to the proceeding
entitled Estate of Madge Mehring Ruf ly, deceased, and in
consideration of the premises and the sum of $10 and other
