filed in O.R. Book 169, page 578, as both relate to the real
property described herein.
4. That the Plaintiffs, CODY L, BAILEY and CAROLYN A. '
BAILEY, his wife, are hereby declared and adjudged to be the owner -
in fee simple of the land set forth in the Complaint, situate,
lying and ~eing in the St. Lucie County, Florida, and described
as follows:
Lot 24, Block 5, FAIRLAWN, as per plat book 6,
Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County

5. The Plaintiff's title to said land be, and the same
is hereby quieted and established, and by the claims, or alleged
claims of the defendants, and each of them, be and the same are ~
hereby, barred, removed and adjudged not to constitute clouds upon
the Plaintiff's title to said land.
