THIS DEED, made this 18th day of May , 19 71 , t
by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part, and the ~
CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the party
of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part, its _
successors and assigns, forever, the following describec3 land, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The west 30 feet of Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block
3 of St. Lucie Gardens in Section 11, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 1 at page 35 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
AND
The west 30 feet of Section 14, Township 37 South,
Range 40 East excepting therefrom that part of the
west 30 feet of said section lying in the Wz of the
SW~ of the SW~ of the SW~ of said section. -
AND
The east 30 feet of Government Lot 8 in Section 10,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East.
