I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day personally appeared before
me, the undersigned authority, E. E. GREEN and ROGER POITRAS to
me well known and known by me to be the Chairman and Clerk, resp-
ectively, of the Board of County Commissioners of St.Lucie County,
Florida, and the persons who executed the foregoing instrument
as such officers of said County and they acknowledged to me and
before me that they executed the same as such officers of said
County for and on its behalf, and that the seal affixed thereto is
the corporate seal of said County.
