plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-

~ or hereafter located in the buitding upon said land. and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus nuw or
~ hereafter placed on said premises. either in renewal or rcplacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and ap-

said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the Morlgagor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
