To make all payments reQuired by that note and this mortgage promptly when due. 2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that pmperty promptly when due. If ~hey are n~t promptly paid, the Mortgagee may. pay them without H-siving the option to foreclose, and such paS~ments, with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as specified in that note, shall also l~e secured by this mortgage. 3. To commit, permit, or ~uETer no w•aste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property. 4. To pa~• all expenses reasonably incurred by the i~lortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor to comply K~ith the agreement, in that note or this murtgage, including reasonable attor~ieys' fees.
