I, we, or each of us, whether principal, security, guarantor. endorser or other party hereto, agree to ~
t~e jointly and severallv bound. I or we. each further wai~•e demand, protest and notice of demand, protest and
nonpayment.
DiORTGAGOR FURTHER AGREES:
1. To make all payments reQuired by that note and this mortgage promptly when due.
2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that pmperty promptly when due. If
~hey are n~t promptly paid, the Mortgagee may. pay them without H-siving the option to foreclose, and such
paS~ments, with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as specified in that note, shall
also l~e secured by this mortgage.
3. To commit, permit, or ~uETer no w•aste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pa~• all expenses reasonably incurred by the i~lortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor
to comply K~ith the agreement, in that note or this murtgage, including reasonable attor~ieys' fees. The cost
thereof, w~ith interest thereun from t.hQ day of payment at the same rate as specified in that note, shall also
be secured by this mortgage.
; 5. If any payment pro~~ided fc~r in that note is not paid w°ithin 30 days after it becomes due, or if any
; agreement in this mortga~,~e other than the agreement to make the payments is breached, the entire unpaid
' principal balance of tha*_ note shail immediately become due at the option af the Mort~agee, and the Mort-
! gagee may foreclose this mortga~,•e in thc manner provided by law. and have the mortgageci pmperty sold to
satisfy or apply on the indebtedness hereby secured.

6. The rents and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged, and if proceedings
~ tu foreclose this mort~;a~,*e .hall be in.4titut.ecl, the court ha~ing jurisdiction thereof may appoint a recei~er of
~ the mortgaged property ~nd apply~ those rents and profits to the indebtedness hereb~• secured, regardless of
