, PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of M~erica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the folla~+ing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of Qctober,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
=5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additlonal principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded 1n Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modi-fica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ;
. part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said '
mortgage; :

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank. in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Nine Thousand Seven Nundred Fifty and

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
