JASON, Individually, and as all surviving stock- holders and Trust~es of HOLLYWOOD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a dissolved Florida corporation, and as all general partners of NOLLYWOOD DEVELOP- MENT COMPANY, a Florida general partnership, First Parties, and NORTH TRAIL GOLF CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation, Second Party, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the parties-,hereby execute this agreement as follows: W I T N E S S E T Ii: WHEREAS, First Parties are the Obligors under a certain . mortgage deed, dated December 20, 1972, recorded in O.R. Book 209, pages 557 through 565, of the public records of St. Lucie County, . Florida, which mortgage deed was originally executed by Trafalgar Community Developers, Inc., and was taken subject to convenance to ; titleholders and First Parties did assume and agree to pay the afore- said mortqage by warranty deed from Trafa].gar Community Developers, Inc., to First Parties, as recorded in O.R.
