That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
to the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said Party(s)-~-the Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, located and situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:

the Party(s) of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the
following:
l. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations,
easements and other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached
thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
; of Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property
~ Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit
corporation, the provisions of which documents run with
~ the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the obligations of a
~ member of said Property Owners' Association.

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
