BEFORE the undersigned, an officer duly commissioned
by the Laws of Florida, on this day of April, 1975, personally
appeared GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Florida, by and through
Robert M. Ross, Senior Vice President of said corporation, who
having been first duly sw~rn deposes and says:
(1) That Affiant is the owner (or agent of the owner)
of the property listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
(2) That Aff iant as owner entered into a construction
agreement with B. J. E. INDUSTRIES, INC. as Contractor on May 6,

1974, wherein B. J. E. INDUSTRIES,~INC. agreed to complete the ~

construction of homes on the property listed on Exhibit "A". s
