Such provisions as are inoorporated by referenoe hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 22 of this biortgage. Borrower and I.ender agee that all references
to the Properiy, Borrower, Lender and Note oontained in the above described master for~aa of mortgage and -
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be oonstrued to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a~py of the complete text of the provisions hereby inoorporated
by referenoe into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Bornower. SucL Future Advances, with inter~ct thereoq

At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced
