THIS INDENTURE, Made MARCH 5, 1975 , by and between

D. C., (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and HAROLD KNOFILES, a single man ~

WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to him in hand paid and other valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
