I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for ;
St. Lucie County, Florida, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that a NOTICE OF
CONTEST OF LIEN was filed on February 17, 1975, contesting a
claim of li en filed on January 29, 1975, and recorded in Official
Records Book 235, Page 2878 of the public records of St. Lucie '

County, Florida. The claim of lien was against certain property
owned by Queens Cove Properties, Inc. The Claim bf Lien was
filed by C. E. Ward, Inc., by his attorney Spencer B. Gilbert,
Esquire, against the following described property, to wit:
Queens Cove Unit 1, all parkways, streets, avenues,
boulevards, roads and highways shown on said plat
' as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 12B and 12C of
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Queens Cove Properties, Inc. deposited with the Clerk of
St. Lucie County the sum of $1,1~0.00 for the discharge thereof. _
Due service of the notice of Contest of Lieri was mailed
