MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Modification Agreement executed this r~` day of
February, 1975, by N. A. Hardin, a former Partner of TASIS, a Joint
Venture; HARDIN FLORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation, and HARRISON
LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a TASIS, a Joint
Venture, party of the first part, hereinafter called the Mortgagor,
to ADAMS WHIDDON FARMS, INC., a Florida corporation, party of the
second part hereinafter called the Mortgaqee.
WITNESSETH, That for good and valuable consideration the
parties hereto modify the mortgage deed between said parties
dated the 15th day of December, 19'12, and recorded in O. R. Book
209, at page 243, and mortgage deed filed simultaneously herewith
to the Mortgagee from the Mortgagor, as same affects the mortgage
principal payment and interest payment due December 15, 1974, and
only as to said payments. Said mortgage is modified as follows:
1. Payment of the principal in the amount of $99,400.00 •
due December 15, 1974 is deferred until October 12, 1975, and
the payment of the accrued interest in the amount of $27,832.00
due December 15, 1974 is deferred until June 12, 1975, together
with interest on said amounts at 9$ per annum to be paid on the
deferral dates of June__12, 1975 and October 12, 1975, respectively.
2. This Modification affects only the payments due
December 15, 1974, and time is of the essence insofar as all
terms of this Agreement are concerned. No grace periods are
applicable to any payments required hereunder.
