EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Extension and Modification Agreement executed this
18th day of February, 1975, by N. A. Hardin, a former Fartner
of TASIS, a Joint Venture; ~iARDIN FLORIDA, INC., a Florida
corporation, and HARRISON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida
corporation, d/b/a TASIS, a Joint Venture, party of the first
part, to ALTO ADAMS, party of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for good and valuable consideration the parties
hereto modify that certain promissory note dated December 14, 1972,
execut~d by TASIS, a Florida Joint Venture composed of N. A. Hardin
and Harrison Land Development, Inc. to the order of Alto Adams in
the amount of $95,538.51. A true copy of said promissory note is
attac~ied hereto as Exhibit "P.". Said promissory note is modified
as follows:
l. Payment of the interest in the amount of $5,350.16
due Decemher 14, 1974 is deferred until June 12, 1975 and shall be
paid on June 12, 1975 with interest at the rate of 9$ per annum.
2. Payment of the principal in the amount of $19,107.71 due ~
; December 14, 1974 is deferred until October 12, 1975 and shall be

~ paid on October 12, 1975 with interest at the rate of 9$ per anr.ur~.

; 3. This Modification affects. only the payments due
December 15, 1974, and time is of the essence insofar as all

~ terms of this Agreement are concerned. No grace periods are
applicable to any payments required hereunder.
