M O R T G A G E ~ ~1K~~ THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed this 18th day of February, 1975, by N. A. Hardin, a former Partner of TASIS, a Joint Venture; HARDIN FLORIDA, INC., a Florida corporation, and HARRISON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a TASIS, a Joint Venture, party of the first part, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, to ALTO ADAMS, SR., party of the second part, hereinafter called the Mortgagee.
