the promissory note and this mortgage deed, the Mortgagor, for -
itself, its successors, the heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns of its joint adventurers, shall be entitled to have ;
released from the lien of this mortgage, one acre for every $2,200.00 '
of principal payment. The lands first released shall lie at the
West boundary of the above described property, contiguous to the
westerly most 13.9 acres of the West 3/4 of the South 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, and
run from the North boundary of the encumbered property described
above to the South boundary thereof. Each parcel so released shall
be of uniform width. Subsequent releases shall adjoin and be
contiguous to the lands previously released, extending from th~
North boundary of the encumbered property described above to the
South boundary therof. Each parcel so released shall be of uniform
width.
9. This mortgage is subject to that certain first mort- ~
gage given to Regina K. Bishop, a widow and unmarried woman, in the ~
original principal sum of $298,200.00 dated February 12, 1973, and ~
recorded on May 30, 1973 in OR Book 214, page 2124 of Public }
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. A default in any provisions °
of said first mortgage shall constitute a default under this ~
second mortgage entitling Mortgagee at his option, to exercise any '
-and all of the rights and remedies given Mortgagee in the event of
a default hereunder.

above written.
