THIS CAUSE came on for a hearing this date and the '
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ,

and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit. The relation of husband and wife
now exists between th e parties and the marriage of said parties

is irretrievably broken. f
IT IS, THEREUPON, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between the Husband, M. RONNY NELSON
and the Wife, LUCILLE G. NELSON be, and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties are he reby forever freed from the ~

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. The Agreement executed by the parties and
~ introduced into evidence is incorporated by reference into

E this judgment and the parties are ordered to comply with all
~ terms of the Agreement. - 3

~ 3. The Court specifically reserves jurisdiction
