SCOTT, Husband and ANNA L. SCOTT, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 24th day of April, 1975 and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris- diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between THOMAS T. SCOTT and ANNA L. SCOTT be and the same is hereby ~ I ~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby ~ ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist- ; ~ ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ti 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: ANNA L. SCOTT be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of ANNA L.. ~ SCHARFSCHWERDT and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~ ~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby ~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. ~ ~ 4.
