a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, i[ successors and

signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by
