GREEN, Husband, and = GLENNA RUTH GREEN, ' Wife . ` / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ' This cause came on for trial the 24th day of April, 1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~ ~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betwee ~ ~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It s' thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between John M. Green and Glenna Ruth Green be and the same is hereby dissolve and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from th bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2~_CUSTODY. Custody of John W. Green, age 4~ years, an Chad E. Green, age 1~>years, minor children of the parties, is ` hereby awarded to Glenna Ruth Green with reasonable visitation ~ ~ ~ rights reserved to John M. Green. ~ ; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the aay of April, 1975, ~ John M. Green shall pay to Glenna Ruth Green the sum of $50.00 each and every week, for the support of the children named above. 4. PROPERTY.
