This cause came on for trial the day of April, 1975, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- _
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now :

exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties !
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It~is thereupon: ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband, ~

EUGENE MARTIN, and the ~~life, VIRGINIA MARTIN, be, and the same is ~
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ;
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ;
and from the obligations arising therefrom. - ~
