DISSOLUTION OF M1~RRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
~
between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage ~etween CAROLYN B. MOSLEY
and JERRY N. MOSLEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of LESLI ANN MOSLEY, minor child of the parties,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, CAROLYN B. MOSLEY, with reasonable visitation
~ rights reserved to the Husband, JERRY N. MOSLEY. £

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of -~~r~.~y , 1975,
the Husband, JERRY N. MOSLEY shall pay to the Wife, CAROLYN B. MOSLEY, the
sum of $20.00 each and every week for the support of the child named above.
_ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted

` promptly to CAROLYN B. MOSLEY. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum
~

of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. ~
Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or casha.er's check. Both
- of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
maili.ng and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
