JACQUELYN S . DAMPIER, Wife .

TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER
This cause came on for hearing on the Wife's prayer for
temporary relief on Thursday, April 24, 1975, and both parties
having been represented by counsel and the Court having heard
testimony and given full consideration to all the evidence,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows: ¢
1. Custody of the minor children of the parties,
CONNIE SUE DAMPIER and T~IAYI~ P. DAMPIER, II, is hereby awarded

to the Wife, JACQUELYN S. DAMPIER, pendente lite, with visitation '
rights reserved to the Husband, WAYNE p. DAMPIER, at all reasonable
• times and places.
2. Commencing the 25th day of April, 1975, WAYNE P.
DAMPIER shall pay to JACQUELYN S. DAMPIER, the sum of Forty-Five
($45.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of the children

named above.

3. The Husband shall furnish to the Wife the 1972 Dodge
Demon automobile for the support and maintenance of the Wife and
the minor children, pendente lite; in the event the Iiusband fails
to furnish to the Wife the 1972 Dodge Demon automobile, he shall
pay to her the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per month to
cover her transportation expense, in addition to the support payments
- previously ordered.
