Grantee acknowledge that he has read the Declaration of Condominiian,
as recorded in Official Records Book 211, page 6, of the Public Records :
of St. Lucie Coimty, Florida, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and '
Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as recorded in Official Records Book 211, page 59, :
of the Public Records of St. Lucie Coimty, Florida, described in the fore- '
going Warranty Deed, imderstands that each and every provision of the fore-
going docim~ents is made for the benefit of all owners of the Condominiun
and is essential to the successful operation and management of said Con-
dominiwn property; covenants for hi.mself, heirs, successors, and assigns _
forever to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles
of Incorporation, By-Laws and Ninety-Nine Year Lease ~greement; and fur-
ther agrees to pay the Mortgage, if any, described in the foregoing Deed. '
Grantee further consents that the undivided share and certain interest in the
Condominiwn property and in the ca~non elements appurtenant to the Condominiun
Unit herein conveyed, and the praportional share of the comnon expenses for '
which the Gran~ee shall be liable, shall be 3.20$. ;
