OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his successors and assigns forever. This Deed is executed to con-
sumnate the foreclosure sale made by the party of the first part in
accordance with the teYms of the Summary Final Decree of Foreclosure
entered herein on January 31, 1975, by the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Florida in the case of the UNITED
STATES O~ AMERICA, Plaintiff, vs. GEORGE W. PECK, JR. and MARY S. PECK,
his wife, now deceased; and THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~CiISSIONERS OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, Defendants, at which sale the party of the
second part was the successful bidder for the property hereinabove
described, and the sale to said party was confirmed by the Order of
the aforesaid Court entered April 2, 1975.
