to pay interest on the balance of said mortgage and note dated ~ ~

il April 26, 1973, and said Open End Note dated April 23, 1975, at ~ ~

the rate of 8.25 per cent per annum, commencing on the lst day , ~
of April , 1975, and further covenant and agree that in ~ ;

the event any payment is not made prior to the 20th day of the ~
month when due, then these notes shall bear interest at the rate '
' of 9.25 per cent from the date any such payment became due and
' throughout the period of such delinquency, and that the monthly '
, payments on said notes and mortgage be increased to a total of
$226.72 per month, commencing on the lst day of May , i
1975, and thereafter until the entire balance due shall be paid

~ The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all ~
i terms and conditions of said mortgage and notes as mentioned here-;

in shall remain in full force and effect and that nothing herein

I other than as expressly stated in this Agreement.
