payments on said notes and mortgage be increased to a total of ~

1975, and thereafter until the entire balance due shall be paid

The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all ;

terms and conditions of said mortgage and notes as mentioaed herei}~

shall remain in full force and effect and that nothing herein con-f `
tained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the terms or ;

' conditions, lien or encumbrances of the said mortgage and notes
~ other than as expressly stated in this Agreement. ;
