This release further releases the above described property from the
lien of Security Agreement (UCC-1 Form) recorded in O.R. Book 215,
at Page 843, the lien of Security Agreement (UCC-1 Form) recorded
at O,R. Book 237, page 1128.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the ap~wrtenances, unfo the said
B, D. B. Development Corp heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incum-
brance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released
