ORDER ~F CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on April 24, 1975 upon the
Motion of the Wife to hold the Husband in contempt for his .
failure to make payments due for child support, alimony and
~ house payments pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in tl-.e
above entitled cause, and the Court having heard testimony on
behalf of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, ~
t
it is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. The Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, is in arrears in his
payments to the Wife; Karen L. Cioffi, for child support in the
amount of $282, alimony payments to the Wife of $375 and $300
for house payments, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the
; above entitled cause. ?

~ 2. The Court determines the Husband to be in wilful
E contempt of this Court for his failure to make the payments as
~
E
set out in Paragraph 1 above.

! 3. The Husband may purge himself of his contempt by
!

; paying to the Wife, Karen L. Cioffi, through the Clerk of the
~
above entitled Court the sum of $282 child support arrearage
~ within ten days from the date of this Order and further, to pay
4
to the Wife, Karen L. Cioffi, through the Clerk of this Court the
= sum of $50 each and every week for the support of the minor child,
i
Kristin L. Cioffi, as set out in the Final Judgment in this cause
~ dated December 6, 1974 as each weekly payment becomes due.
