4. In the event the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, fails ~

to make the payment of $282 child support arrearage within ten days }
from the date of this Order, or any of the weekly payments of
$50 each week as set out in Paragraph 3 above when they become due,
then the Husband shall surrender himself to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida and serve ten full days in the St. Lucie County jail.
In the event the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, fails to surrender himself
to C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida then the said
C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County is ordered and directed 3

to commit the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, to the St. Lucie County jail ~

to serve the sentence herein imposed, and all and singular the ;

Sheriffs of the counties of the state of Flarida are hereby directed ~

~ to take the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, into custody wherever he may ~
f
be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida =

, and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall immediately commit the . ~

~ Husband to the St. Lucie Count °
~ y jail to serve ten full days. ~
~ 5. The Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, may purge himself by `

~ paying to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County the sum of $282 child ,

~ support arrearage, or whatever arrearage is then due on the weekly ~

~ payments of $50 per week. ;

~ 6. The matter of permanent alimony payments and house ;

~ payments due by the Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, to the Wife, Karen

~ L. Cioffi, shall be held in abeyance for further order of this ~

~ Court. i

; 7. The Court determines the sum of $150 to be reason-
~
~ able for the Wife's attorneys for their services herein and the ~
Husband, Peter M. Cioffi, is ordered to pay to Willes, Bittan &
k -
Willes said sum within ten days from the date of this Order.
~ 8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained 'for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
