ADJWICATION OF CONTEMPT
It appearing froan the evidence before the Court that GORDON RAY CARRAWAY
has Willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the
Order of this Court entered an the Sth day of February, 1975, and is, as of
this date, in arrears $620.00, it is therefor
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for his failure to pay past support payments
the Respondent stands in contemp~' of this Court but is given tWO weeks to
purge him8elf of this contempt by paying the $620.00 plus $9.50 Court Costs.
This payment to be in addition to the regular $40.00 per week payinent. If
Respondent does not purge himself of his contempt ~s provided above, he ahall
be required to serve thirtq days in county jail.
