~i for an Order of contempt for failure to honor the mutual restraini g
i~ Order and for the Wife to make payment for $725.52 to the Husband;
and the Wife's Motion to show cause for the Husband's failure to `

~ pay alimony; the Court having heard the evidence presented before
it, being fully advised to the premises, it is thereupon
j~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
~ - 1. That the Husband, ELWOOD kY. KRESAL, is found to be
~i in contempt of Court for his failure to pay $110.00 in past alimon .

2. That the Husband, ELWOOD W. KRESAL, is purged ;

(i fram contempt by deducting $110.00 from the amount of money due
and owing him from the wife on the sale of the house.
3. That the Court determines the sum of $75.00 to be t
a reasonable attorneys fee for the Wife's attorney for his service
~
herein, and ELWOOD W. KRESAL is ordered to pay said sum from the
f!
proceeds due and owing him from the sale of the jointly owned
; ~ ! home . ;

4. That the Wife shall reminburse the Husband $540.52 '

i ~ for the scriveners error in distribution of the sale of the jointl

; owned home. ~
