decree as a judgment of this Court, and modification of same, and ~

the Petitioner having appeared with counsel and the Respondent r

having had a default judgment entered against her, the Court =

having heard testimony of the Petitioner and arc~ument of his ~
counsel, and having eonsidered evidence and otherwise being fully ~
advised in the premises, the Court finds and decides as follows: ~

1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~
matter of this action.
2. That the parties, while residents of New Jersey, were
~
divorced by virtue of a final judgment of divorce entered by the ~
Superior Court of *.~ew Jersey, Chancery Division, !~tonmouth County. ~

~ That tne final judgement was subsequently by an Order dated January #

7, 1962 to require the Petitioner to pay $29.00 per week child }
~ support for the couple's two children, P.obert *_?einecke, Jr., born

~ October 26, 1956, and Francis Reinecke, born ?~ovember 3, 1957.

(a) The Court accepts and establishes the Final Judgment of {
divorce and modification of same as established by Docket ~I~i-1867-58
of the Superior Court of tleca Jersey, Chancery Division, r~tonmouth
County, as a judgment of this Court.
