BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~

MOIE J. L. TENDRICH, who, after being duly sworn, deposes and says ~
as follows: `
1. He is an attorney at law and maintains his offices
at ?.240 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33137.
2. That that certain mortgage dated November 16, 1974
from EDWARD E. DILLON and CLARA M. DILLON, his wife, to
GOLDEN PENSION PLAN in the amount of $6,550.00, recorded under
Clerk's File No. 295753 in the Public Records of St. Lucie `
County, Florida, was prepared under his supervision and control.
3. That the name of the mortgagee, as the result of a
scrivener's error, was stated as "GOLDEN PENSION PLAN" when, in
truth and in fact it should have read "GOLDEN MANAGEMENT CORP. '
PENSION PLAN AND TRUST. " ~y~s ~D/-Od~I - ~OO~S
4. That your affiant knows of his own knowledge that

GOLDEN MANAGEMENT CORP. PENSION PLAN AND TRUST is the actual mortgagee :
and was intended to be the mortgagee at the time the mortgage and
note were made, executed and delivered, and that the misnomer was ,

the result of a scrivener's error. 3
