BEING the same premises oonveyed to Regina M. Conklin
by Deed-from Starrett Building Company, dated March 14, 1967,
. and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court, St.
~ Lucie County, Florida on April 14, 1967, in Book 165 at Page
~ 2327.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto beloning or in anywise apper=
taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and re-
mainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
AND ALSO, all the estate, right, title, interest, pro- ~
~ perty possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law ~
as in equity, which the said Party of the First Part has or has ~
~ power to convey and dispose of as Trustee in Bankruptcy of the
