EXECUTRIX'S DEED

of MERLE FERRIS DUPREE, DECEASED, party of the first part, and
INEZ EMBLER and MELL H. EMBLER, husband and wife, parties of
the second part, whose address is 627 Woodlawn Road, Nigh Point,
North Carolina 27260; ,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the_first part, in consideration of the
premises and the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and

valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and ccnfirms to the parties
